This is a 12-months contract role.
We are seeking a strategic, data-driven, and detail-oriented professional to manage end-to-end distribution channel operations, drive business process improvements, and support scalable growth strategies across the APAC region.
Responsibilities
- Implement and execute the overall distribution strategy for consumer hardware/software products across APAC, aligning with corporate objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key distribution partners and effectively communicate business vision and strategy.
- Support commercial agreement execution, including pricing, volume commitments, and key business terms.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive cross-functional initiatives that enhance performance and efficiency.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on distribution and commercial management, offering strategic guidance to internal teams.
- Analyze sales data, partner performance, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and recommend actionable insights.
- Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations on business performance and strategic plans.
- Manage inventory forecasting to ensure optimal stock levels and mitigate supply risks.
- Identify and resolve risks related to distribution partnerships, including supply chain disruptions or contractual issues.
- Monitor competitive and industry trends to support product positioning and channel strategy development.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in distribution channel management, category management, sales operations, or program management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Experience designing and optimizing processes and tools to improve operational efficiency.
- Skilled in developing data-driven business cases and executive presentations.
- Demonstrated success collaborating with regional or global teams to drive alignment and achieve outcomes.
- Experience in consumer hardware or software distribution and multi-channel sales environments.
