Job summary

CRYOVIVA SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks a reliable delivery rider to dispatch Kitboxes to clients, collect payments on schedule, and ensure safe handling of all documents and boxes.

You will coordinate routes, maintain communication with Finance and Customer Services, and uphold health and safety standards while delivering friendly service. A valid Class 2/2A/2B or Class 3 license, own bike, and English ability are required.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level in any field.
• At least 3Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Possess own bike/ vehicle.
• Class 2/2A/2B and/or Class 3 driving license. (Familiar with Singapore roads).
• Physically and medically fit.
• Able to converse and write in English.
• Clean driving record.
• Must be able to work in a team.
• Independent and a team player.
• Positive attitude & good manners.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for dispatching Kitboxes to clients.
• Collect payments from clients on behalf of the Company according to the fixed schedule. The rider will be responsible for handling the terminal machine, safekeeping all payment receipts, and submitting the receipts to the Finance Department on the next working day, including covering duties when required.
• Handle documents/ Kitboxes with care to avoid damage or loss.
• Run ad hoc errands for company business.
• Work within assigned routes or any other routes assigned from time to time.
• Always comply with all health and safety regulations and standards and in all places.
• Coordinate collections, deliveries, drop-offs, and recoveries with other departments and drivers.
• Maintain constant communication with the Customer Services and Finances Team to ensure the availability of required supplies for collections, deliveries, drop-offs, and recoveries.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and friendly service.
• Report any issues, delays, or incidents to the supervisor promptly.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
