Job summary

21 SEAFOOD KITCHEN PTE. LTD. is seeking a diligent Kitchen Steward to support dishwashing operations in a busy kitchen.

You will scrape, rinse, and load items, wash and sanitize pans and utensils, and maintain the dish machine to ensure hygiene and efficiency. You will work independently, manage multiple tasks, keep work areas clean, and help with general cleaning duties as needed, while staying aware of safety protocols to prevent accidents.

Responsibilities

• Scrape, rinse, and load dishes and utensils into the dish machine to prepare for cleaning.
• Wash and sanitize pans, utensils, and dishes to ensure hygiene standards.
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain the dish machine to ensure proper functioning.
• Unload and organize dishes and utensils after cleaning to maintain order.
• Empty trash containers regularly to maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Sweep and mop the kitchen and work areas to keep a clean environment.
• Perform additional cleaning tasks as requested to support kitchen operations.
• Work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining safety awareness.
