Job summary

T&S ECO SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to wash dishes, pots, and utensils using manual washing methods while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. You will support basic food preparation, assist with supplies and waste disposal, and follow food safety procedures.

Working hours are 6 days per week with shifts ranging 10am-10pm, 8am-5pm, or 6pm-12am; total 44 hours weekly with overtime paid. Singaporean/Singapore PR preferred; training provided.

Qualifications

• Able to work in a fast-paced, hot and wet kitchen environment.
• Physically fit to stand for long periods and perform manual tasks safely.
• Basic English or Mandarin to understand and follow instructions accurately.
• Willing to work weekends, public holidays and rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, pots, utensils and kitchen equipment manually to ensure cleanliness.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, storage areas and work surfaces to support a safe environment.
• Dispose of kitchen waste and clean dustbins regularly for sanitation.
• Keep the dishwashing area clean, dry and safe to prevent accidents.

• Keep dishwashing area clean, dry, and safe at all times to prevent accidents and contamination

Required competencies and certifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hot, and wet kitchen environment to meet operational demands
• Physical fitness to stand for long hours and perform manual tasks safely and efficiently
• Basic English or Mandarin proficiency to understand and follow instructions accurately
• Availability to work weekends, public holidays, and shifts as scheduled to support kitchen operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• No prior experience required; willingness to learn and undergo training provided by the employer
