Job summary

Sephora Southeast Asia & Oceania (SEAO) seeks a Director, Total Rewards and HR Operations to champion an efficient, data-driven people function across eight SEAO markets. You will oversee compensation & benefits, HR controls, analytics, HR operations, governance, and HR technology, reporting to the HRVP SEAO.

You will lead a five-person team and drive the annual salary review, insurance programs, and payroll systems, while ensuring compliance with local laws and global Sephora/LVMH standards,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, preferably in retail, hospitality, or service industries.
• Strong familiarity with HRIS platforms; hands-on experience preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Compensation & Benefits, HR Controlling, Data Analytics, HR Operations, HR Governance, and HR Technology.
• Lead the annual salary review process and oversee retail salary structures.
• Drive data-driven decision-making through HR analytics and dashboards for senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and global Sephora/LVMH standards across HR activities.
• Lead HR Operations including payroll, employee lifecycle management, and HR systems.
