About the Job

• Take on a strategic leadership role focused on integrating and advancing sustainability across the region.
• Proactively develop and implement a sustainability‑focused strategy to support business goals.
• Advise the leadership team and commercial groups on developing an innovative Sustainability product portfolio and sustainable finance solutions.
• Ensure full compliance with existing Sustainability policies and procedures, and contribute to improvements in the sustainability risk framework.
• Build and maintain strategic alliances, represent the bank in relevant sustainability networks, and drive key external communications.
• Coordinate efforts, build solutions, and share internal knowledge on ESG challenges and initiatives across local and global stakeholders.

Skills and Experience Required

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Management, Business Administration, Social Sciences or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience in the Banking sector, including at least 4 years focused on Sustainability.
• Proven ability in developing and implementing strategies, products, and driving change within an organization.
• Strong commercial track record and effective stakeholder management skills across different business units, locally and internationally.
• A strategic leader with strong commercial acumen and experience in driving organizational change.
