Job summary

A leading financial services firm in Singapore is seeking a candidate to support their fundraising efforts alongside Corporate Development and Investment teams. The role requires developing marketing materials, engaging with key stakeholders, and leading the creation of impact documents that guide investment mandates. The ideal applicant will also aid in structuring blended finance transactions and provide strategic insights on market trends, focusing on sustainability-related objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Work alongside Corporate Development, Capital Formation and Investment teams on fundraising with DFIs, philanthropic investors, insurers, commercial financial partners.
  • Develop marketing collaterals, presentations and dataroom setup to support fundraising activities.
  • Support policy engagement with key stakeholders and management of external advisors for blended finance initiatives.
  • Lead the development of key impact documents that support investment mandates.
  • Support investment team in translating impact frameworks into the investment process.
  • Support the design in financing instruments such as guarantees and results-based financing mechanisms.
  • Evaluate and align transactions with impact goals and sustainability standards.
  • Work alongside COO and Investment team to manage transaction documentation and communication.
  • Prepare investment memos, presentations, and reporting for committees and stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic advisory on market trends and sector opportunities related to sustainability.
  • Develop thought leadership on blended finance topics.
Job description
Position Overview
  • Work alongside Corporate Development, Capital Formation and Investment teams on fundraising with DFIs, philanthropic investors, insurers, commercial financial partners
  • Develop marketing collaterals, presentations and dataroom setup to support fundraising activities
  • Support policy engagement with key stakeholders (Temasek, MAS, FAST-P) and management of external advisors to advance blended finance market building and capital mobilization initiatives
  • Lead the development of key impact documents (theory of change, impact and additionality frameworks) that support the investment mandates
  • Support investment team in translating impact frameworks into the investment process; structuringsustainable and blended finance transactions that mobilize private capital towardsdevelopment objectives
  • Support the design in financing instruments such as guarantees, concessional debt, first-loss capital, and results-based financing mechanisms
  • Evaluate and align transactions with impact goals,sustainabilitystandardsandframeworks
  • Work alongside COO and Investment team to manage transaction documentation, legal negotiations, and stakeholder communication throughout the investment process
  • Prepare investment memos, presentations, and reporting for investment committees and external stakeholders
  • Provide strategic advisory to internal decision makers and external partners on market trends, pipeline development, and sector opportunities related tosustainabilityand blended finance
  • Develop thought leadership on blended finance topics
