Responsibilities
- Responsible for establishing and coordinating the sales strategy objective, policies and program.
- Analyze sales performance data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Regularly monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and take corrective actions as necessary.
- Work with internal departments and external vendors/ channel partners in various projects.
- Oversee production planning and sales forecasting ensure optimal profitability for the company.
- Ensure business administration/ billing are properly monitored and carried out.
- Oversees leasing and partnership businesses when opportunities arise.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations and company policies in sales.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, sale and marketing or any relevant field.
- Deep understanding of electric vehicle technology, market dynamics, and customer needs.
- Excellent communication skills and a demonstrated ability to work with multiple stakeholders to achieve results.
- A good team-player, with strong negotiation, networking and client-retention skills.
- Passion for electric vehicles and sustainable technology is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office suite, and sales analytics tools.
- Good command in Mandarin and English in order to liaise with China HQ colleague.
