Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the Financial Reporting and Standards Department and the Inspection Department in regulatory programmes and inspections.
• Provide strategic direction to senior leadership and staff, and support international engagements with regulators.
• Direct environmental scanning, policy updates, and liaison with MOF and government agencies to advance regulatory objectives.
• Participate in committees (PMSC, PAOC, ASC) to shape policies and standards.
