This role involves driving local execution of global vision, empowering teams, and ensuring alignment between business needs and product roadmaps. Moloco is seeking a seasoned, visionary leader to head our APAC Product Strategy & Operations team. This is a critical leadership role with significant visibility and autonomy. APAC is one of Moloco’s most strategically complex and high-potential regions—and you’ll be at the forefront of shaping our success here. As the most senior PSO leader in-region, you’ll drive local execution of the global PSO vision, empower and grow your team, and serve as a strategic voice across Sales, Product, and Customer teams.
You’ll be responsible for understanding and influencing product-market fit, surfacing regional insights, and ensuring strong alignment between business needs and our product roadmap. You’ll also be expected to operate independently, given limited timezone overlap with the Global Head of PSO (US-based).
