Qualifications

• Min 12+ years of relevant working experience in quality systems and improvement.
• Qualifications through vocational training or a relevant 4+ year degree with subject-specific qualifications.
• Subject matter expert with deep expertise in quality discipline and cross-functional impact.
• Ability to interpret complex issues, propose best practices, and deliver effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and improve the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Define, deploy, and digitalize quality management processes as Process Owner.
• Establish KPIs, reporting, data review and analysis for quality performance.
• Lead internal and external audits, support certifications and customer audits.
• Drive Zero Defects initiatives and problem-solving using Six Sigma + Lean.
