Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Director of Project Management for Data Centres in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in medium-to-large construction or MEP fit-outs and a strong track record of managing projects within Singapore and Southeast Asia. This role involves leading project delivery, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring project success on time and budget. Candidates should possess excellent leadership, communication skills, and relevant qualifications such as PMI/PMP and a degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• 10/15 years leading medium-to-large construction or MEP fit-outs; data-centre experience is a must.
• Proven fast-track delivery in Singapore and/or SEA projects.
• PMI/PMP or equivalent certification required.

Responsibilities

• Run client meetings, schedules, cost control, contractor invoices and cut-over plans.
• Coordinate design, procurement, installation, test and handover with ops/facilities teams.
• Embed EHS, quality and sustainability goals at every stage.

Director of Project Management – Data Centres

Lead the end-to-end delivery of mission-critical data-centre projects in Singapore & Southeast Asia.

You are the owner’s single point of contact, steering design, cost, schedule, safety and sustainability to ensure every fit-out is on time, on budget and risk-free.

Must-haves

• 10/15 years leading medium-to-large construction or MEP fit-outs; data-centre experience is a must.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Proven fast-track delivery in Singapore and/or SEA projects
• PMI/PMP or equivalent; degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or similar.
• Sharp eye for risk, change and early warnings; comfortable presenting to C-suite clients.

Day-to-day
