A leading global delivery platform in Singapore is seeking a Director of Product Operations to enhance operational excellence and lead a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in Product Operations and a strong leadership background. This role requires developing a 17-member team and driving the transformation of Product Support into a strategic operations engine, with a focus on efficiency and execution quality.

We are seeking an energetic, strategic, and dynamic Director, Product Operations to lead the global Product Operations function through its next phase of evolution, “Product Ops 2.0.” In this role, you will elevate the effectiveness of our Product & Technology organisation and drive operational excellence at scale.
You will oversee a team of 17 within a 500-FTE Product & Technology organisation, with a strong focus on transforming Product Support into a strategic operations engine that enables efficiency, accelerates execution.
This role combines strategic leadership with hands‑on execution and requires a people-focused leader passionate about developing talent and scaling high-performing teams.
