We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Director, Product Marketing to lead Matterport’s UK and European product marketing organization. Based in London, this role will oversee a team of Product Marketing Managers located in the United Kingdom and Europe, responsible for driving go-to-market execution, customer engagement, and adoption across the regions.

Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, this role will define the product marketing strategy for Europe and the UK, ensuring regional alignment with CoStar Group’s business objectives. The Senior Director will serve as the key regional leader for Matterport’s marketing operations, ensuring cohesive strategy, localised messaging, and measurable business impact across diverse European markets.

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Vision

  • Lead and manage a team of Product Marketing Managers across the UK and Europe, ensuring alignment of messaging, priorities, and execution.
  • Define and execute the regional product marketing strategy for Matterport in the UK and European markets, in coordination with CoStar’s European marketing leadership.
  • Translate Matterport’s technology—digital twins, AI, and spatial data—into regionally relevant positioning and narratives.
  • Ensure consistency of brand and product messaging across European markets while adapting campaigns for local market nuances and customer needs.

Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution

  • Drive go-to-market planning and execution for all Matterport product launches and campaigns within the UK and Europe.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with regional Sales, Product, Research, and Technology teams to deliver integrated go-to-market programs that drive adoption and revenue.
  • Develop value propositions, customer journeys, and competitive positioning specific to European markets and industries.
  • Support sales enablement through creation of region-specific toolkits, playbooks, and messaging frameworks.

Market Insights & Performance Optimization

  • Lead ongoing market intelligence and competitive research across the UK and Europe to identify trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
  • Establish performance frameworks and metrics to measure marketing effectiveness, campaign success, and ROI across regional activities.
  • Translate insights into actionable recommendations that shape regional marketing strategies.

Team Development & Organizational Leadership

  • Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of regional Product Marketing Managers.
  • Foster collaboration and knowledge-sharing across markets to ensure best practices are scaled effectively.
  • Partner closely with CoStar Group’s leadership teams to maintain strategic alignment across business units and countries.

Thought Leadership & Industry Presence

  • Represent Matterport as a senior marketing leader at UK and European industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Build partnerships with trade associations and industry organizations to strengthen Matterport’s visibility and leadership in the region.
  • Support CoStar Group’s European brand initiatives by contributing to thought leadership and cross-portfolio marketing programs.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; MBA or advanced degree in related field preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership and management within B2B marketing, including 5+ years leading teams across multiple locations - ideally including APAC.
  • Proven track record developing and executing regional product marketing strategies for technology, SaaS, or proptech companies.
  • Experience managing multi-market teams and localising global strategies for diverse European audiences.
  • Deep understanding of go-to-market planning, product positioning, and lifecycle marketing for B2B audiences.
  • Analytical and data-driven, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation abilities; able to influence across senior levels and geographies.
  • Passion for technology, innovation, and the built environment—particularly in digital twin, AI, or spatial data solutions.
  • Experience in commercial real estate, property technology, or related sectors preferred.
