Responsibilities
  • Lead PerformanceManagement Redesign : Design and implement a modern performance management approach focused on growth feedback and accountability.
  • Own the Performance Cycle : Oversee goal setting mid-year check-ins and year-end reviews to ensure consistency and impact.
  • Advance Talent Planning : Partner with senior leaders and HRBPs to build strong pipelines succession plans and workforce strategies.
  • Support Leadership Development : Align performance and talent strategies with leadership programs and career pathways.
  • Use Data to Drive Decisions : Leverage analytics to uncover trends measure impact and guide talent investments.
  • Inspire and Lead : Cultivate a fun inclusive and motivating environment that energizes high-performingteams learning is celebrated and leadership is accessible. Mentor a small high-performing team and foster a culture of innovation inclusion and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • Education : Masters degree in Organizational Development HR Psychology or related field preferred.
  • 7 years of experience in Talent Management Organizational Development or HR Strategy in a global matrixed environment.
  • Prior experience with technology or semiconductor companies is preferred.
  • Expertise in performancemanagementredesign and talent planning.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to turn strategy into action.
  • Comfort with HR systems (e.g. SuccessFactors Workday) and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • A collaborative mindset and passion for building people-first solutions.
