Job description
ROLE OBJECTIVE

To lead the strategic direction, implementation, and operational excellence of MindChamps' global IT landscape across Singapore and Australia. This role oversees enterprise systems including SAP SuccessFactors, SAP ByDesign, third‑party enrolment platforms, cybersecurity, Office 365, and overall network infrastructure, ensuring seamless integration with business goals and compliance across markets.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and enforce policies and standards for enterprise‑wide IT governance, security, and compliance.
  • Oversee the implementation, integration, and continuous enhancement of core enterprise systems, including SAP SuccessFactors, SAP ByDesign, and third‑party student enrolment platforms in Singapore and Australia.
  • Define and maintain the global IT strategy in alignment with HQ objectives and business growth plans across education and franchising operations.
  • Collaborate with c‑level executives and senior business leaders to translate operational needs into scalable, secure, and cost‑efficient technology solutions.
  • Lead infrastructure modernization and application architecture transformation, including Office 365, cloud‑based platforms, network systems, and mobile technologies.
  • Drive innovation through pilot programs and emerging technologies to support educational delivery and internal process automation.
  • Champion cybersecurity best practices by working closely with internal cybersecurity teams to monitor threats, mitigate risks, and ensure data protection across all endpoints.
  • Ensure high performance and business continuity through proactive infrastructure management, timely upgrades, and vendor oversight.
  • Lead and mentor a global IT team, fostering a performance‑driven culture while managing cross‑border IT operations effectively.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of IT experience with demonstrated success in senior leadership roles.
  • Experience with SAP ecosystem (SuccessFactors, ByDesign) will be an advantage.
  • Experience managing IT operations in multi‑country environments, preferably including Singapore and Australia.
Technical & Leadership Skills
  • Strong grasp of enterprise IT systems, application lifecycle management, infrastructure planning, and SaaS platforms.
  • Solid understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, data privacy laws, and compliance in educational and enterprise environments.
  • Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Office 365 suite, network architecture, and cloud‑based infrastructure (e.g., AWS or Azure).
  • Ability to lead multi‑disciplinary IT teams and manage diverse stakeholders across regions.
  • Excellent project management, analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Adaptive and agile in dynamic business settings with matrixed reporting lines.
