Job Description
- Strategize and develop corporate strategy for the company
- Develop new business in the Nextgen Sequencing and qPCR business sectors
- Develop business and implementation plan, including financial models
- Managing and implementation of new business
- Develop new markets and channels for existing product and services
- Develop and manage stakeholder reporting and relationships, including shareholders
- Work with product development team to generate market driven product pipeline
- Oversee sales operations for optimal workflow and customer efficiency
Job Requirement
- Trained and knowledgeable in Next Generation Sequencing and qPCR technologies and related field.
- Not less than 10 years business experience including business development, implementation and marketing in the Next Generation Sequencing and qPCR business especially in research as well as MDx markets.
- Extensive experience in company corporate affairs and business strategies including corporate restructuring as well as merger and acquisitions.
- Experience in leading and growing a successful commercial team.
- Track record in initiating and managing regional expansion, through direct and distribution models.
- Proficient in public and media engagements like talks and panel discussions
