Job summary

V2 Digital in Singapore seeks a Director who is deeply technical with strong lived experience across software engineering, cloud-native architecture and AI systems. You will lead technical strategy sessions, shape complex solution architectures, and oversee the successful delivery of customer engagements.

You are a credible engineering leader with a track record in pre-sales, delivery leadership, and working with C-level stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading large-scale enterprise software, cloud and AI transformation programs.
• Strong leadership and mentorship capability with experience guiding high-performing technical teams.
• Demonstrated success in technical pre-sales, solution shaping, and enterprise customer engagement.
• Experience scoping, estimating, and structuring complex SOWs and delivery programs.
• Strong executive communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders from engineering teams to C-level executives.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on software, platform, cloud and AI strategy.
• Lead solution architecture and technical design workshops.
• Design and oversee delivery of enterprise-scale software and AI solutions.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor across AWS, software engineering, and AI transformation.
• Lead successful delivery of engagements and mentor teams on those engagements.
• Drive technical pre-sales, solution shaping, and opportunity qualification.
• Scope complex programs of work and provide realistic estimations, delivery models and commercial guidance.
• Build relationships across the AWS partner ecosystem and customer stakeholders.
• Collaborate with marketing and practice leads to produce external-facing thought leadership, accelerators, blogs, demos, and technical collateral.
• Speak at conferences, meetups, podcasts and customer events as a public-facing technology leader.
• Contribute to internal engineering standards, reusable accelerators, AI capabilities and delivery IP.
