Job summary

Surbana Jurong Group is seeking a senior leader in healthcare planning and design in Singapore. You will drive medical planning across diverse healthcare typologies, develop strategic master plans based on clinical workflows, and translate operational needs into architectural documents.

Qualifications

At least 15 years of healthcare planning and design experience with leadership in large projects.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture, interior architecture, healthcare design, or related field; BOA is advantageous.
Deep understanding of hospital operations, clinical workflows, and healthcare trends.
Knowledge of local codes and planning parameters for large medical projects.
Strong analytical and management skills; ability to lead creative teams.
Capable of leading project teams and resolving issues quickly throughout development.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead the medical planning process across healthcare typologies and facilities.
Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure design outcomes align with operations.
Oversee projects from concept through documentation and implementation.
Develop and present planning concepts using diagrams, reports, and presentations.
Collaborate with internal teams to meet programmatic and budget goals.
Review deliverables for quality and adherence to standards.
Maintain project documentation including meeting minutes and QA/QC.
Translate data into actionable architectural solutions.
