Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning & Execution
    • Partner with the Chief Distribution Officer and senior leadership to develop and execute the global distribution strategy.
    • Translate strategic priorities into actionable business plans and scorecards across LBUs.
    • Support the development of distribution KPIs and ensure alignment with Prudential Group objectives.
  • Business Management & Governance
    • Lead the production of management reports, dashboards, and presentations for executive committees and board meetings.
    • Track distribution activities, performance metrics, and financial outcomes across LBUs.
    • Ensure consistency in planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes across markets.
  • Project & Initiative Management
    • Drive cross-functional distribution projects, including platform onboarding, product launches, and channel development.
    • Coordinate with Marketing, Product, and Investment teams to support strategic initiatives.
    • Facilitate issue resolution and approvals for distribution teams, including cost and budget coordination.
  • Market Intelligence & Commercial Insights
    • Oversee market intelligence efforts to monitor fund flows, competitor activity, and client trends across retail and institutional segments.
    • Provide insights to inform product strategy, channel prioritization, and client engagement.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Act as a key liaison between regional and LBU distribution teams, ensuring alignment and transparency.
    • Support relationship management efforts with strategic partners, including global banks, platforms, and private banks.
  • Controls & Compliance
    • Ensure adherence to internal controls, governance frameworks, and compliance standards across distribution activities.
    • Partner with Risk, Legal, and Finance to manage operational risks and regulatory obligations.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in asset management, distribution strategy, or business management roles.
  • Strong understanding of retail, institutional, and Prudential life distribution channels across Asia and global markets.
  • Proven track record in strategic planning, project execution, and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • Experience working in a matrixed, multi-market environment.
