Job summary

AVENUE K PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a skilled hairstylist to design and execute diverse hairstyles, scalp treatments and color services. The role requires a professional appearance and strong client orientation in a busy salon environment.

You will manage salon inventory, assist with promotions and roadshows, train new staff, and maintain excellent service standards by staying current with industry trends and hair-type knowledge.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Handle customers needs with the best of abilities to design & create hairstyle, provide hair scalp treatment, single hair color & double hair color, mud treatment, re-bonding, head spa, bleach hair, shampoo & blow
• Handle equipment in the salon
• Oversees and manages salon inventory, involve in salon promotions, events & roadshow
• Create & enhances a good relationship with the customers and keep track of their appointments
• Excellent knowledge of the beauty therapy industry and always have an up-to-date skill set
• Provide professional training to new staff
• Ability to deal with difficult salon situations such as client complaints
