Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks a senior leader to advance forensic science through strategic research and capability development. You will shape long‑term research agendas and oversee initiatives spanning government, industry, academia, and labs.

You will translate trends into actionable programmes, guide governance and budgets, and mentor diverse teams to deliver high-impact results while upholding public trust and safety.

Qualifications

  • Postgraduate qualification in STEM or forensic science (Master's or PhD).
  • Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in research/innovation with leadership.
  • Proven track record leading large-scale innovation or capability development.
  • Strong strategic thinking; translate trends into actionable initiatives.
  • Experience in programme governance, including budgets and delivery frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and partnership-building skills.
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and fostering high performance.
  • Commitment to talent management and coaching for future leadership.
