A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a candidate for a strategic leadership role, focusing on executing the DSI strategy and ensuring operational excellence across managed services. The ideal applicant will have over 10 years of experience in IT services and strong expertise in managed services platforms. This position encourages innovation while maintaining service quality and customer satisfaction.
Define and execute the DSI strategy in alignment with corporate transformation goals.
Drive development of internal tools, bots, and automation platforms to increase efficiency and scalability.
Lead innovation initiatives, ensuring new services (e.g., EUCMaaS, NMaaS, IFMaaS, Cloud Admin, CyberSaaS) are commercialized and adopted.
Own technical delivery of managed services, projects, and service IP development.
Oversee design, deployment, and lifecycle management of proprietary platforms.
Maintain a central engineering pool to support cross-BU delivery.
Partner with Sales & Pre-Sales teams to support GovTech tenders, enterprise bids, and solution design.
Provide technical leadership in pre-sales presentations, bid defense, and solutioning workshops.
Ensure seamless post-sales support and knowledge transfer.
Ensure SLA adherence across all managed services and project engagements.
Implement robust monitoring, reporting, and chargeback models to support internal and external accountability.
Manage resources across Power Platform, Cybersecurity, NOC, Automation, and ProjectEngineering functions.
Lead and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of engineers, developers, and analysts.
Build innovation capacity by fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and technical excellence.
Develop talent pipelines and succession planning for sustainable growth.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
10 years of progressive experience in IT services, system integration, or managed services.
Strong expertise in managed services platforms (EUC, Cloud, Networking, Security).
Familiarity with government procurement processes (GovTech, IMDA) preferred.
