Job summary

Visa is seeking a Director of Cybersecurity AI Product Development to build and lead a new product engineering team focused on AI agent cybersecurity solutions.

The role combines hands-on technical leadership with people management to craft secure, scalable AI-driven products for enterprise customers. You will hire, mentor, and guide engineers and security specialists while defining roadmaps and driving end-to-end product delivery.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 10+ years in AI, software, security, or related roles.
• 3+ years leading high-performing technical teams.
• Ability to operate as hands-on contributor and people manager.
• Experience with agentic AI systems and security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a new high-performance product engineering team.
• Contribute as lead engineer/architect for cybersecurity AI agent platform.
• Define technical roadmaps and ensure secure deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for scalable customer solutions.
