Job Title: Director, Corporate Planning & Innovation (Public Services)

Location: Singapore

About the Role

Our client is a leading public healthcare company.

They are looking to hire a seasoned and forward‑looking leader to join their team to lead the Corporate Planning & Innovation function. This leadership role will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization’s long‑term growth and strategic direction so as to drive sustainable value creation and support the organization’s mission to provide exceptional services to their customers.

The position works closely with executive leadership, government bodies, partner agencies, and internal teams to work towards healthcare transformation agenda.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of both short-term & long-term organization strategies in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide insights, reports, and recommendations to senior leadership, board-level committees as well as prevailing government bodies.
  • Establish and monitor key performance frameworks to track progress and guide strategic adjustments where necessary.
  • Oversee annual business planning cycle and strategic workplans, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
  • Champion strong governance, including enterprise risk management, business continuity, and compliance.
  • Identify strategic innovation opportunities, gaps, and solutions to foster growth while building an ongoing culture that translates ideas into impactful initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
  • At least 12-15 years of direct working experience in astrategic planning or corporate development function.
  • Possessingprior public sector experiencewill be advantageous.
  • Strong insystems thinking, with complex multi-industry and multi-stakeholder experience
  • Strong team management and leadership experience to mentor, coach and guide team members
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and collaboration skills.
