About Your Company

King Deux is partnering with an Asia private investment firm (USD 1B+ AUM) backed by Asia tycoons in their expansion globally. We are looking for a Director to take lead in the establishment of Hong Kong, Mainland China, Singapore and Dubai offices respectively. You will take lead in opening new offices in this region and work closely with the C‑suite of the group building presence globally.

About your role

• Identify and assess investment prospects in your local market aligned with group’s global strategy.
• Originate and conduct comprehensive financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence on potential transactions.
• Support the execution of deals including negotiation, structuring, and documentation.
• Perform market and sector research to inform investment decisions.
• Track and report portfolio company performance, assisting with value creation activities.
• Collaborate with international teams to align local opportunities with group’s global plans.
• Contribute to investor communications via preparation of investment memos, presentations, and updates.
• Execute special projects as assigned by senior leadership or the board.

What you will need to succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (CFA, CPA, or MBA preferred).
• 5 to 10 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, consulting, or private equity with sector coverage in healthcare, EV, construction, property, AI.
• Connections and deal‑sourcing capabilities for Pre‑IPO projects.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical abilities.
• Demonstrated capability in deal execution and due diligence management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; fluent English required, local market language proficiency advantageous.
• Entrepreneurial mindset suited to a fast‑paced, growth‑focused environment.
• Well‑established local market network and knowledge.
• Proven track record in building collaborative relationships across diverse cultures and geographies.
