Johnson Controls in Singapore seeks a Project Director to lead and deliver large-scale cleanroom projects across pharmaceutical and biotech sectors. You will drive engineering, construction, commissioning, and qualification efforts with a focus on GMP compliance, schedule adherence, and budget control.

The role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a track record of managing complex, multi-discipline teams in a multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Process/Chemical/Building Services or related).
• 8–10 years in construction/engineering in pharma, biotech, life sciences or advanced manufacturing.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical leadership across engineering, construction, commissioning and qualification of cleanroom facilities.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and manpower for multiple projects in Singapore.
• Coordinate with PMs, subcontractors, and clients to ensure compliance with GMP and ISO 14644.
• Maintain safety, quality and regulatory compliance across project lifecycle.
