About the role:

As a Director - Capital Markets, Data Center, you will be responsible for managing, exploiting, and redeveloping large and high-profile portfolios to maximize value growth. This role involves providing strategic advice, implementation, and advisory on conventional and innovative investment opportunity.

What You’ll Do:

• Define and execute the business plan of the assigned assets under portfolio strategy


• Assist with developing marketing and Data Center management strategies to increase the Data Center's future value


• Present advanced asset management reports to clients. Review the performance of local Data Center managers, in collaboration with the portfolio manager, and implement efficiency initiatives


• Manage the input for the Data Center valuations process and verify the correctness of valuations


• Work with the team to seek out new business opportunities. Continue to strengthen relationships with current clients

What You’ll Need:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered


• Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information


• Sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate mildly complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations


• Strong communication skills to convey complex ideas and influence stakeholders


• Experience in managing and optimizing high-value portfolios
