Job summary

AstraZeneca is building its first biologics manufacturing campus in Singapore, delivering end-to-end ADC capabilities and enabling autonomous manufacturing powered by AI. The Associate Director Maintenance will lead maintenance across a broad portfolio of equipment and building infrastructure, driving performance and collaboration with global engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, professional engineering qualifications preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP, Safety, Health and Environment and local regulatory requirements.
• Experience in day-to-day maintenance operations, troubleshooting and repairs.
• Proven project management and change-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance across campus equipment and building infrastructure.
• Plan and coordinate routine and ad hoc activities in an operational manufacturing environment.
• Supervise specialists and manage complex stakeholder interfaces.
• Drive continuous improvement and asset performance across the campus.
