What you will do
  • Lead the development and growth of The Trade Desk’s regional business with advertisers and agencies that are our most strategic, high potential clients.
  • Unlock new business and expand existing business for a mix portfolio of brand direct export in APAC and large holding agencies in Singapore and Malaysia.
  • Define go-to-market strategies and execute on action plans to achieve annual revenue goals
  • Guide, motivate, and support the team to achieve organizational goals by setting clear objectives, facilitating communication, managing performance, resolving conflicts, and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Working hand in hand with Client Service team to identify and close strategic up-selling opportunities by understanding core client business needs
  • Partnering closely with global and regional accounts team to grow strategic accounts in the market and take lead for local activation
  • Develop a best‑in‑market solutions and vertical narrative with cross‑functional departments.
  • Advocate for the value of programmatic advertising in industry events and client meetings across Southeast Asia to grow the programmatic share of wallet.
  • Use knowledge of the market and competitors to identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators
Who you are
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue expectations with experience establishing longstanding, consultative client relationships
  • 15 years of media sales experience, with 5+ years in people management
  • Strong quantitative skills and negotiation’s ability, able to lead commercial negotiations for large global advertisers and agencies
  • Existing relationships with decision‑makers at Brands and Agency Clients in Southeast Asia markets
  • Strong people management skills with hands‑on coaching and mentoring experience
  • A capacity to participate in technical product roadmap and product scoping exercises
  • Programmatic platform sales experience is highly preferred
  • Experience of working within the North Asia (especially China) region and strong relationships in the regional markets will be a plus
