A logistics solutions provider located in Singapore is seeking a Senior WMS Manager to oversee team operations and enhance WMS applications for the Asia-Pacific region. Job Description:

• Management of BCM & WMS team in DSV Solutions Asia-Pacific region.
• Owner of DSV WMS application APAC-RedPrairie, ensure the SLA to support the operation running, and compliance with DSV G.IT policy.
• WMS & EDI new implementations, covering sales support & solution design till go-live and continuous improvement.
• Consultancy to the business regarding application functionality and possible enhancement’s.
• Support the WMS system migration, when needed.
• Explore the new WMS improvement’s to support the operations and RFQ’s.
• Integrate with OMS/TMS/Couriers, when applicable.

Requirements:

• Bachelor or above degree in logistics/supply chain management or computer related field.
• Excellent in both oral and written English is a must.
• Independent, self-motivated, taking the ownership.
• Ability to communicate solutions and ideas, in both technical and user-friendly language with both internal and external users.
• Ability to effectively priorities and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment, and enjoy the experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• 10+ years’ WMS support & implementation experience in logistics area
• 5+ years’ people/team management experience
• Basic technical knowledge, including:
  • WMS experience (i.e. JDA, Infor, Manhattan, etc.)
  • EDI experience, covering different connectivity and formats
  • SQL/Oracle skills
  • OS support experience (i.e. Unix/Linux, Wintel servers)
  • Development experience is a plus (i.e. Java, Dot Net, etc.)
