We are seeking an experienced and strategic Business Development professional to drive growth across the trust, fund, and corporate services lines of a leading international services provider. The role will focus on building new business relationships, expanding market presence, and supporting the firm’s continued development in Singapore and the wider region.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong track record in B2B business development, particularly within financial or professional services, and capable of building long‑term relationships with clients and intermediaries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a structured business development strategy to drive new client acquisition.
  • Build and maintain relationships with professional intermediaries, potential clients, and key referral sources.
  • Identify new business opportunities across trust, funds, and corporate services sectors.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling business presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients in line with internal compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to support business growth initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, pipelines, and activities within the firm’s CRM system.
  • Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and emerging opportunities.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance standards, and client due diligence procedures.
  • Represent the firm professionally at networking events, conferences, and industry forums.
