We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Management Leader to join our global business organization. As the Product Management Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving the global product strategy, global product portfolio and global marketing plans. You will be responsible for leading a team of talented product managers and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams (Geo sales, Development teams, supply chain, etc.) to ensure the delivery of high-quality products that align with our business’ vision and customer needs.

Responsibilities
  1. Ability to manage an $2B business product portfolio.
  2. Lead team identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand business scope and breakthrough key categories.
  3. Manage the execution of the overall product/portfolio strategy and business plan.
    1. Lead team to well define products and highlight killer products.
    2. Provide business and financial justification for product selection.
    3. Communicate the definition / requirements for NPI and development.
    4. Manage all stages of the product portfolio life cycle from concept through profit optimization and product rationalization.
  4. Influence cross-functional business team to create and implement of business annual operation plan, achieve operating plan financial targets.
  5. Develop the marketing and strategic business plan for the product portfolio.
  6. Manage the execution of the overall product/portfolio strategy and business plan
    1. Provide business and financial justification for product selection
    2. Communicate the definition / requirements for NPI and development
    3. Manage all stages of the product portfolio life cycle from concept through profit optimization and product rationalization
  7. Review and improve organizational effectiveness, build a high performing team by developing processes, overseeing employees, establishing a highly motivated and inclusive work environment, and creating innovative approaches for improvement
  8. Drive international growth through global, regional and country teams in key markets
  9. Assess and track competitive landscape
  10. Other duties as may be assigned
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree and above, preference for MBA;
  2. Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills. Fluency in English;
  3. 10+ years of experience in IT related business; Prefer accessories experience.
  4. Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and go-to-market strategies.
  5. Ability to influence decision making process across multiple levels within the organization;
  6. Proven leadership qualities such as conflict/issue resolution, strategic and critical thinking and ownership;
  7. Strong Innovation ability, willing to change, adapt to change, and lead change;
  8. Strong working knowledge of operational procedures and risk management;
  9. Demonstrated strong leadership skills, particularly with highly diverse teams and lead team to achieve goals.
