About the Role

The Director will drive strategic planning, brand development, and cross-border collaboration, ensuring the company’s consulting services— which draw on traditional frameworks such as Feng Shui and Bazi principles— are delivered professionally, respectfully, and in alignment with modern business standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business strategies supporting regional and international growth.
• Build and manage partnerships, client relationships, and new market opportunities.
• Oversee business operations and financial performance across consulting and retail divisions.
• Guide internal teams that integrate traditional frameworks (e.g., Feng Shui, Bazi) into structured consulting models, ensuring service consistency and accuracy.
• Ensure the company’s content, products, and client communications reflect professionalism and commercial viability.
• Represent the company in client engagements, industry events, and media opportunities.
• Drive innovation, staff development, and operational excellence across business units.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent professional experience) in Business, Management, International Trade, or related fields.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in business management, consulting, or market development, including 3–5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven success in strategic growth, partnership development, and cross-border team management.
• Experience in lifestyle, consulting, or service-based industries is advantageous.
