Ardentis Consulting is a new Singapore‑based management consultancy specializing in financial services. We support clients across the rapidly evolving capital markets landscape with expertise in risk management, hedge fund advisory, and investment banking.

We are seeking an individual with deep industry experience, strong data‑driven methodologies, and robust operations/CRM management capabilities to help drive the launch of our next‑generation consultancy. Leveraging global financial insights and Singapore’s dynamic market environment, we aim to deliver agile, high‑impact, and bespoke advisory solutions to our clients.

As a key member of the organization, you will focus on managing strategic client relationships and ensuring seamless coordination across technology, onboarding, reporting, and support functions, while cultivating strong partnerships with clients and institutional stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct in‑depth market, industry, and macroeconomic research to understand trends and their implications for investment decisions.
  • Analyze company financial statements, business models, and competitive positioning to assess fundamentals and future performance.
  • Build, update, and stress‑test financial models (e.g., comparables, scenario analysis) to support valuation and forecasting exercises.
  • Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities and risks using both quantitative analytics and qualitative assessments.
  • Monitor portfolio performance, exposures, liquidity, and benchmark comparisons to ensure alignment with investment objectives.
  • Conduct credit, market, and operational risk assessments to ensure investments meet internal risk standards and regulatory expectations.
  • Prepare detailed investment reports, pitch books, presentations, and research notes summarizing findings and recommendations.
  • Ensure all analyses and investment activities comply with regulatory frameworks and internal policies, including documentation and audit requirements.
Requirements
  • Min. 10 years of experience in CRM specifically in Global Capital Markets, Investment Banking and Portfolio Management
  • Background in risk management, stress testing and exposure control; min. 8 to 10 years hands‑on experience preferred
  • Strong expertise in client management, trading support, onboarding, margin, execution, collateral management, and counterparty risk
  • MBA from a prestige business school strongly preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics or a related discipline
  • CMFAS‑certified in Fund Management, Futures & Swaps, Securities & Futures Products
  • Familiarity with ISDA/CSA, equities products, swaps, Prime Platform & Microsoft Suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, client‑centric mindset.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required, proficient in other European Languages will be an added advantage
