• Develop and implement corporate and local strategies, mid-term plans and annual business plans aligned with HQ/Region priorities
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional alignment and projects from concept through execution.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and management accounting.
• Provide strategic recommendations to management.
• Facilitate communication and direction between headquarters and local divisions.
• Present forecasts of profit, sales volumes, and consolidations of all regional company matters.
• Compliance and risk control
• All relevant monthly reports to HQ
• Total Operational Efficiency control and analysis

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/ Post Graduate.
• Proficient in Japanese in order to liaise with related party, required to have at least JLPT N1 level as the role required to communicate with Japan HQ and translation of Japanese documents to English vice versa (Business level)
• Able to take initiative and work under minimal supervision in a fast-paces environment
