Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience leading direct materials procurement and category management.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing methods, supplier management, and cost optimization.
• Experience managing large-scale transformation programs with executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end direct materials procurement and transformation engagements.
• Develop and execute category strategies delivering cost savings and risk mitigation.
• Drive value-oriented design-to-value and cost optimization initiatives.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to identify EBITDA improvement opportunities.
• Lead cross-functional teams across procurement, engineering, and finance.
• Assess and redesign sourcing and operating models for efficiency.
• Support business development with solutions and client presentations.
• Coach and mentor team members to foster collaboration and learning.
