Job summary

Pilot Assessments is seeking a qualified First Officer to operate alongside the Captain, delivering safe, comfortable and on-time flights. The role requires adherence to SOPs, strong CRM, and a commitment to Scoot’s service culture across all flight phases.

Ideal candidates have 1,500+ hours of fixed-wing time, a CAAS-issue CPL/ATPL (or convert if needed), and ICAO Level 4 English. Vaccination compliance and a positive, team-oriented attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1,500 hours total fixed-wing flight time on aeroplanes with MTMA 5,700 kg+.
• CAAS-issued ICAO CPL(A) or ATPL(A); licence conversion for foreign ATPL if applicable.
• English proficiency at ICAO Level 4 or higher.
• Ability to meet CAAS vaccination requirements.
• Keen willingness to learn, teamwork, composure, confidence, maturity, Scootitude.

Responsibilities

• Operate as First Officer alongside the Captain to deliver safe, on-time flights.
• Apply SOPs and CRM across all phases of flight to maintain operational excellence.
• Champion Scoot’s service culture and enhance passenger experience with Scootitude.
