Job summary

A leading electronics manufacturing company in Singapore is seeking an experienced operator to oversee DIP soldering processes. The successful candidate will handle machine setup, inspect quality, and work with QA teams. Candidates should have at least one year of related experience and be willing to adapt to rotating shifts. Training on company-specific machinery will be provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in DIP or related assembly operations.
• Knowledge in soldering standards is an advantage.
• Able to troubleshoot and resolve machine or process issues independently.
• Responsible, proactive, and willing to work on rotating shifts.

Monday to Friday | 9am – 6pm

Basic $2700 - $3000 + OT

Responsibilities

• Operate and oversee DIP/Through-hole soldering and insertion processes.
• Handle machine setup and troubleshooting to ensure smooth production flow.
• Inspect soldering quality and ensure adherence to assembly standards.
• Work with QA and Production teams to address quality issues and improve yield.
• Conduct routine maintenance and assist in process improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in DIP or related assembly operations.
• Knowledge in soldering standards is an advantage.
• Able to troubleshoot and resolve machine or process issues independently.
• Responsible, proactive, and willing to work on rotating shifts.
• Training will be provided on company-specific machinery.
