We are seeking a skilled Dim Sum Assistant Chef to support the Head Chef in preparing a variety of traditional and modern dim sum dishes. The ideal candidate is passionate about Chinese cuisine, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Chef in the preparation and cooking of dim sum dishes such as dumplings, buns, rolls, and pastries.
• Prepare ingredients according to recipes and maintain portion control.
• Ensure hygiene and cleanliness of the kitchen and workstations at all times.
• Follow food safety regulations and standard operating procedures.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of ingredients; report shortages to the Head Chef.
• Support in training junior kitchen staff when required.
• Assist with plating and presentation of dishes for service.
