Job summary

POET Technologies seeks a seasoned leader to drive digital transformation and data science initiatives across the organization in Singapore. You will spearhead technology adoption, analytics, and automation to boost efficiency, decision-making, and operational performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
12+ years of experience in data analytics and digital transformation, including 5+ years leading digital/technology transformation projects, preferably in semiconductors.
Hands-on experience with planning/analytics platforms (Kinaxis, o9, Blue Yonder, SAP IBP, Anaplan) is an advantage.
Strong analytical skills, data modeling, KPIs, and translating data into business recommendations.
Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills.
Proven change management and user-adoption leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end digital transformation initiatives across various functions within POET, as prioritized by business needs.
Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of relevant technology platforms (e.g., planning systems, analytics tools, automation platforms).
Partner with IT, data engineering, and analytics teams to build clean, integrated data pipelines supporting reporting and decision-making, including dashboards drawing on supplier data and internal systems.
Design future-state processes and KPI dashboards/reporting using AI/ML analytics, scenario modeling, and automation.
