Corporate Planning Executive | Digital Transformation

Location: HQ at Changi Business Park [Expo MRT] | Hours: Mon-Fri 8.30am-5.15pm | Salary: $3,300-$4,500 + Variable Bonus (No AWS)

Job Overview

As a corporate planning executive (Digital Solutions) in the construction industry, you will play a vital role in supporting the CP Manager with the development and execution of long-term business strategies while blending strategic business development with hands‑on coordination and analysis. Your focus will be on construction projects and maintaining and supporting various internal systems such as E‑Appraisal, Driver’s App, Safety Board, Events Management & Booking App, QR Business Card, and Dashboard & Portal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of the company’s digitalization plan and work with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide estimates, and deliver new features for web and mobile applications.
  • Maintain applications by resolving incidents, performing bug fixes, and providing technical support.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and automate workflows for efficiency.
  • Produce and maintain comprehensive system documentation and facilitate knowledge transfers to the team.
Qualifications & Skills
  1. Education: Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Digital Technology, Computer Science.
  2. Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience in corporate planning, project management, or the building and construction industry.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Power Apps, and SharePoint is essential.
  4. Knowledge of C#, Python, API, ASP.NET, MSSQL, VSCODE is an advantage.
