The Digital Fluency Trainer and Coach will play a key role in enhancing digital capability across the organization.

This role involves delivering training programs, conducting hands‑on workshops, mentoring users, and enabling teams to adopt automation and digital tools effectively.

The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong coaching skills to drive user engagement, technology adoption, and digital productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, prepare, and deliver digital fluency training programs and enablement sessions.
  • Conduct hands‑on workshops on Power Automate, UiPath, and other digital tools.
  • Provide continuous mentoring and coaching to users at various proficiency levels.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand digital skill gaps and define training needs.
  • Translate technical concepts into clear, user‑friendly guidance.
  • Support teams in implementing automation solutions and troubleshooting issues. Promote digital adoption and help build a culture of continuous learning.
Required skills and qualification
  • Educational Qualification – Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Experience – Minimum 5 years of experience in system development.
  • Proven experience as a mid-level developer with strong exposure to:
    • Technical delivery of digital/automation solutions
    • Conducting user training and coaching, including:

  • Technical Skills (Mandatory):
    • Strong hands‑on experience in Power Automate
    • Proficiency in UiPath for automation workflows
