Job summary

PwC Singapore is seeking a Manager-level Business Analyst for Digital Tax to partner with clients and internal teams, shaping tax technology solutions. You will lead process evaluations, drive innovation, and oversee solution delivery through the full lifecycle, including presales and post-sales activities.

Ideal candidates bring 6–10 years of BA experience, a quantitative degree, and hands-on knowledge of BI tools and RPA.

Qualifications

6–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst on digital projects.
Bachelor's degree in CS / MIS / Stats / Finance or similar.
Knowledge in at least 1 coding language and data transformation, RPA software, and BI tools like Alteryx and Power BI.
Knowledge of Tax and Statutory Reporting automation.
Proven track record delivering digital products.
Strong team player with ability to collaborate across units.
Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and take on new responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Partner with clients and business units across Tax to gather, assess and challenge requirements.
Lead evaluations of current processes and develop optimization strategies.
Drive innovation to improve productivity and reduce costs.
Stay updated on IT advancements and assess their fit.
Oversee development of digital solutions through presales, delivery and implementation.
Deliver presales and post-sales consulting to grow Tax technology business.
Collaborate with multiple units to deliver large-scale digital solutions.
Ensure projects are delivered within budget and support global initiatives.
