• Network/familiarity within the tech industry is advantageous.
• Must be from a recruitment technology background with exposure in handling IT domain.

Responsibilities

• Attract new and manage current recruitment partners.
• Propose digitalized recruitment solutions.
• Manage recruitment initiatives from branding to hire.
• Lead generation, sales engagement, and account management.
• Provide career consultation and development advisory to candidates.
