Overview

The Digital Solutions Lead role marks a strategic evolution from the previous Software Developer position, aligning with the company’s transformation agenda and expansion into the Indonesia/Cambodia market. This role integrates technical expertise, business analysis, and IT strategy, bridging technology deployment with business growth objectives across borders.
The position is a cornerstone in building digital readiness and data-driven operations, enabling the company to scale efficiently and deliver innovative digital solutions tailored to regional market dynamics.

Purpose of the Role

To lead the digital transformation and integration efforts within the Indonesia/Cambodia operations by designing and implementing data-driven systems that connect local operations with global digital infrastructure. The role ensures alignment between regional business processes and enterprise-level digital strategies, driving both efficiency and innovation to support market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• a. Regional Digital Architecture & System Integration
  • Architect and oversee deployment of the central data warehouse and integrated dashboards for regional teams.
  • Ensure local ERP, MES, HRMS and other Enterprise systems are fully integrated with the Group’s digital ecosystem.
  • Implement security and compliance measures in accordance with both corporate and regional data governance standards.
• b. Strategic Business Analysis & Process Re-engineering
  • Work closely with business leaders in Indonesia/Cambodia to identify digitalisation opportunities.
  • Analyse operational gaps and recommend technology-driven improvements.
  • Drive the adoption of predictive analytics and automation tools to enhance operational foresight and efficiency.
• c. Change Management & Capability Building
  • Lead training and digital onboarding programs for local teams to ensure smooth adoption of new platforms.
  • Act as a change leader, promoting data literacy and digital confidence within regional operations.
  • Provide continuous improvement feedback to headquarters for system enhancements.
• d. Market-Centric Digital Innovation
  • Adapt digital solutions to meet local market requirements, such as multilingual interfaces or regional compliance.
  • Collaborate with HQ Singapore to design region-specific dashboards and performance tools.
  • Support the development of digital products and services that cater to customer expectations in Indonesia/Cambodia.
