Qualifications

• Foundational web, SQL and Excel skills with curiosity about AI.
• Basic understanding of ERP and how business data flows between functions.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical, simple technical solutions.
• Strong communication with both technical and non-technical users.
• Willingness to learn new tools, languages and ERP platforms.
• Interest in AI, GenAI and automation.

Responsibilities

• Build and improve simple internal tools, forms and interfaces.
• Support day-to-day ERP and business system usage; assist data imports/cleanup.
• Create integrations between internal tools and ERP / Microsoft 365.
• Experiment with AI tools; write prompts and review AI outputs.
• Learn firm workflows: onboarding, project management, time recording, billing and reporting.
• Prepare user guides and support rollout activities.
