The role emphasizes learning, experimentation, and building a portfolio across platforms, with mentorship and exposure to analytics and performance insights.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Diploma in communications, media, design, marketing, technology or related fields.
• Strong interest in digital content, social media, and storytelling.
• Enjoy writing, designing, editing, or experimenting with creative ideas.
• Willingness to learn digital content and design tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Proactive, self-motivated and receptive to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Assist with content creation for Codex’s digital platforms (LinkedIn, social media, newsletters, website).
• Support content ideation, editing and planning; test and publish outcomes.
• Create graphics and short videos using Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut.
• Support day-to-day social media management and content calendars.
• Assist with pre/post-event promotions and event content.
• Conduct basic market research and track performance using analytics tools.
