We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Digital Sales & Operations Specialist to join our team. As a Digital Sales & Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing daily operations, and ensuring excellent customer service across both our online and conventional store channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Leadership & Revenue Growth
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
    • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for sales growth and areas for improvement.
  • Operational Management
    • Oversee daily operations of the retail store and online channels, ensuring efficient systems and processes, and seamless integration between online and offline channels.
    • Manage inventory, visual merchandising, and customer service.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service and support.
    • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • Performance Monitoring
    • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports.
  • Financial Oversight
    • Develop and manage the store’s budget to ensure operating costs remain within limits.
    • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and utilities.
