Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Proactively identify, connect with, and engage potential clients through targeted prospecting, networking, and outreach efforts.
- Lead Qualification: Evaluate prospects’ needs and readiness to ensure high-quality, conversion-ready opportunities for the sales pipeline.
- Client Engagement: Conduct in-person meetings and presentations to effectively demonstrate company’s digital solutions and value propositions.
- Sales Ownership: Manage the end-to-end sales process, confidently addressing objections, negotiating terms, and closing successful deals.
- Account Management: Foster and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communications, activities, and follow-ups within the CRM system.
- Market Awareness: Keep abreast of industry developments and trends to provide clients with informed, strategic recommendations.
Job Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years in B2B sales, telemarketing, or client-facing roles. Applicants without relevant experience will not be considered.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills; confident, persuasive, and professional in both phone and face-to-face interactions.
- Self-Driven: Able to manage appointments, follow-ups, and deal closures independently with minimal supervision.
- Digital Mindset: Curious and willing to learn about digital solutions to better understand and address client needs.
